To rent from Pinnacle, you will need fill out and submit two forms:

• Resident Selection Criteria (click to download and print)
• Application for Residency (click to download and print)

The Resident Selection Criteria outlines our requirements for acceptance of application.

If a cosigner is needed, fill out and submit the folloing two forms:

• Cosigner Application (click to download and print)

Application Fees:

• $25.00 for each individual over the age of 18 who will live on premises
• $30.00 for married couples (combined)
• $25.00 for each cosigner

The Pinnacle office is located at 1804 Wyoming Ave, Las Cruces, NM.

The office sits within the Country Crest Apartments, next to the pool.
